# WhatsApp

> WhatsApp workspace agent and webhooks — chat with Postsiva tools over WhatsApp (Pro).

WhatsApp is an **agent channel**, not a social publishing target in `/unified/post/*`.

## WhatsApp agent (Pro)

Flag: `whatsapp_agent_enabled`.

* Link a phone number in **Settings → WhatsApp**
* Message the Business number; the LangGraph agent runs workspace tools (same family as MCP)
* Manage accounts, publish, inbox, analytics, AI content via chat

## Webhooks

Server webhook: `/whatsapp` (Meta Cloud API). Configured by Postsiva — not a user-outbound webhook API.
